Getting ready to paint my C4 the question is anyone have experience with the Fiberglass front Bumper or the OEM Urethane...Trying to get rid of my waves.
Stay with OEM urethane if possible. It will take a bit more of a hit before it leaves a nasty looking spiderweb unlike the fiberglass. OEM fit and finish is much better too IMO
I have fiberglass for both the front and rear because I am going to do some mild "customizing". However, like said before, I would be leary of other people around you. As you know corvettes are magnets of everything but hot chicks(J/K)...anyways if its a daily I would stick with true-fit or urethane.
I got my fiberglass from TPiS....they had them on one of their race cars.....if you want to go true-fit or true-flex you can get them from Ecklers or MAD however they are about $450 new/each and shipping is about $125. If you are going to do a re-paint anyways....it is probably going to be cheaper to find one on ebay..you can find them in near perfect condition for $150-$250.
