Tying down the vette.
Got an offer to have my vette trailered to an out of town race rather than driving it. What ways do you guys find work well for tying it down? "Over the tire" straps are not an option for me. I've got a flat bed tralier with full steel deck and straps with "J" hooks.

Hey now. Big J hooksmight damage whatever you hook them to. Get some ratchet straps with some "mini" J hooks. They are about 4-5 inches long and your Vette has spots for them in front of the rear tires and just behind the fronts. You can also use a T hook. I drive a flatbed tow truck and have towed many Vettes (my own included
