book value for vettes?
does anyone know the most accurate book value for vettes?? actually the ones insurance companies would go bye?? a 8000 vette in kelly is 13,500 in nada and 10,000 in edmunds??which is most used by insurance companies???

Good question, they are all over the place, aren't they? The loan and tax values were much more than I paid for mine too, they must use NADA.

If you have a Vette that you think is worth more than those books, then you ought to go to collectors insurance with agreed value. I also have heard of some "regular" insurance companies doing agreed value insurance, as well. Depends on how much you drive, though. Most collectors insurance limit the number of miles (3K-5K a year),
