Rough Idle, hotter days ..Sometimes
Opti, plugs, and wires are newer. Itll run fine most of the time. Usually on hotter days itll act up. On start up itll be fine then 4-5 min itll start running rough with slight miss.

Edit #2- Also recently replaced fuel pump, has new fuel filter.

my first instinct would be opti.....
as i have just replaced mine because it was acting very similar to what you are describing.....
when was yours replaced?
also...., do a basic check of your wires..., and make sure they are on tight and corrosion free....., especially the coil wire....
