Hi!
I would be very grateful if someone would help me resolve my problem. I
bought a remote controller for my C4 convertible and programmed it.
Normally roof opens by pushing right button, but by pushing left button
only the co-drivers door opens. Part of the problem is also that the door
cannot be locked, but can only be unlocked.

Try holding the door button down until the door locks cycle. This shud arm the system. To disarm, use the same procedure. Don't know about convett FOB'S. Thought they only had one button. After the system is active you can select which door/s open by putting the key in the ignition, donot turn "on" & depress door button until you select the doors you want opened passively. I believe with the system armed the drivers door will always open, so you can program one or both doors.
