My 1990 with the standard power brakes, no upgrades or nothin. Pads and rotors are near new, so is the booster. Pads did not appear to have fluid or anything on them Anyway it sat all fall, winter, spring and when i finally drove it the pedal was on the floor. I filled it with fluid (was very low) and gravity bled the brakes at each wheel. Saw a little air, drove it again and was better but still the pedal is lower than any other vette i drove. Do I need to do a two person bleed? Is there anything else I should do? Thanks
I would have to agree that its not normal that the fluid leaked out. But i can not see where it went my garage floor is clean, The pads look fine, the inside of all the wheels are clean, the MC looks clean. Its very strange and the level has been up now for about two weeeks. I will bleed it and keep an eye on it. Any different procedeure for bleeding a 90 vette?
