Remote solenoid test procedure?

Remote solenoid test procedure?
I just installed a remote solenoid from Jeg's and now the starter won't engage. I'm quite sure I installed it correctly. How do I test the system?

I have never installed such a kit. Therefore I have no idea what the instructions say. About all you can do is test the soleniod to make sure it's working, and retrace all your wires to be sure they are hooked up correctly. Did you jump the terminals on the stock solenoid?

I jumped B/S terminals on stock solinoid. All wires to the S terminal on the stock solinoid went to the S terminal on the remote solinoid, llikewise with the B terminals. Added positive cable between the B terminals on the stock / remote. I grounded the remote solinoid to the frame. It should work.

"B" Terminal? Is that the large battery cable terminal? I agree, it should work. Do either or both solenoids click or indicte they are getting power? How good is your ground? It sounds like you'll just have to track it down with a DVOM. Good luck, and...
