SPEC Clutch installed. Is this chatter?
I have had my SPEC stage II clutch along with the steel flywheel for a few months now. Until the clutch gets hot, my car shutters when I let the clutch out. Is this chatter I hear people talking about? It is also still hard to get into reverse. The clutch seems to start grabbing as soon as you start to move the pedal. When it gets hot, it does not seem to shutter (chatter) as much if at all. The McLeod dual friction disk I had did not shutter at all.

uh, yes.
You may want to check your fluid level, too. Sounds like it's low, or, you have some air in the system.
With the engine OFF, sidestep the clutch a few times. That will help to blow the air out.
