92 vette acting strange
My son has a 92 vette... recently has been acting strange... ABS & Brake light goes on.... When you slam on the brakes all lights would appear.... Tonight he came, home the speedometer doesn't work & the gas gauge goes up & down when he hits the gas instead of the speedometer... I also smelled something similar to the way the catalytic converter smells when he pulled in the garage...........He said that the car was bucking, like it didn't want to go & when he hit the gas the brake light would go on.... Anyone have any suggestions?

almost sounds like an electrical problem. Check all the wires to the battery and all the grounds to the engine. Also check the starter leads.
This is also the symptoms of a failing charging system or batttery. Make sure the battery and alternator are good.
Definatly an electrical prob. though. Hate thoes electric grimlens.
