Spring Squeek Removal
How does one go about getting the composit springs to stop squeeking over every bump? I've tried spraying with food grade silicone which works but for only a short while.

this is caused by the spring meeting the rubber bushings.
hit the bushings with grease. should help. but be carefull. the wrong grease will harm the springs glue that holds it together.
I would try the grease used in bushing kits.

Most clunking noises in the front end can be attributed to worn sway bar bushings. When they wear out, they go metal to metal, and can squeak or grind when you go over a bump.
It's a cheap and easy fix....check it out.

I replaced them 2 years ago. I tried Energy Suspension bushing from Mid America but they were too small and the bar clunked so I replaced those with new OEM.
This is the spring that's making the noise/squeek. Not a clunk or clank or thud but a creak-creak, creak-creak, creak-creak when going over speed bumps, fast dips, road kill, in-laws, etc.
