Default whats that sensor on ds head

whats the sensor on the drivers side head? i broke its electrical connector trying to take it off.

from my manual it says on the left side head its a fan temperature sensor and the right head is a temperature sending unit.

i assume the left side is the drivers side right? if this is it whats the part number and where can i order it.

GM traded the locations between the fan/aux fan switch and the instrument panel gauge sending unit, several times. If yours is a factory manual, for the year of your car, the item should be properly identified. I can't look up a part number, for you without knowing the item or the YEAR of the car. Left and right sides of the vehicle are determined as by standing behind the car and facing in the same direction as the car.

Indeed that is your aux fan connector; it's the same as used with the knock sensor, though I don't know the part number.

If AutoZone or such doesn't have it try:
