I cleaned the throttle body and the IAC today and noticed that one of the throttle body bolts was covered in fresh oil. The three other bolts were dry. It was the upper bolt on the passenger side. What would cause this or did the cleaning of the TB take care of the problem?

Check your PCV valve! I believe the "vacuum" line from PCV enters the throttle body high on the passenger side of the TB. But why there would be oil on the bolt is a little mysterious unless the throttle body gasket was shot

Thanks for the love Jack. Didn't think i was going to get a response. Yes, the tube on the passenger side was oily too. The PCV valve does appear to have plenty of vacuum. I may just swap it out anyways. It's been about two years and 50K since it was changed.
