I'm thinking about maybe pushing 9-10psi through the procharger...Do i just need to upgrade to a bigger pulley? What is needed for this change....I seem to be getting a steady 7-8 when i gun it...the car runs great....what do i need to do to see 9-10psi
You sure about 12-14? The site says the Pcs1 models max boost is 30psi..Anyways Where would one aquire this pulley, do you have a part #....I ask because i might be coming into some money and i might built the engine to handle more boost....i just wanna know what to get to make more boost

Call procharger. They can sell you whatever size pulley you're looking for. Just know you're facing an uphill run with belt slip, intercooler maximum cfm, and dynamic CR.

PS-I believe the advertised 30 psi max boost is for a closed system at blower redline. As a running engine is not a closed system (i.e., air moves through it), I think you may realize something less...beside, the added heat at blower redline makes the boost nearly worthless. That would be especially true for a 10.4:1 cr pump gas engine.
I'm redlining my p600b and seeing 9, 10 psi...called procharger about the 24 psi claim and they said that was for a 4 cylinder engine.
I think the pulleys are like $60.00 from ati.

That's exactly right. Boost is only made when there's a restriction. i.e. engine can't move as much air as blower. Keep in mind, if you bore and stroke your motor, put some good flowing heads/cam/exhaust on there the P1-SC might not even see 12psi, it might be less, but you'll be making more power. Everything needs to be taken into consideration.
Everything you want to do is based around the following:
How much RWHP do you want?
Once you answer that question you can start building. If your answer is "I have no idea" then don't even bother because you'll just end up mismatching parts.
If you're looking for anything more than 500CHP, You're going to have to keep an eye on that D36 rear end.
I just finished my 383 that's putting 500 fwhp and is ready to take a 200 shot and I'm torn between getting a C5 and modding it or starting a turbo project for the C4 .
Maybe I'll buy my high school car, 1986 Burgandy 442, and put a 502 ramjet in it....
