Have you pulled the center console yet?

If the passenger side works, but the drivers does not, it's not the joystick. If the drivers side goes side to side, but not up and down, it's not the rocker switch either. I can't tell you what it is, just what it's not.

At this point it's only a guess whether the problem is in the mirror motor or the mirror selector switch.

To remove the center console I do as follows:
-remove the screws from the dash bezel, remove the screws from the center dash bezel and lift it enough the remove the screws holding the front of the center console plate. Then remove the visible screws from the senter console plate as well as the three inside the console box.

Then you can lift the console plate; if you need to remove it you will need to pop the shifter button, remove the C-clip and the shifter ****.

Before doing this check it out to see if that will give access to the mirror selector switch.

To remove the mirror glass to access the motor, rotate the mirror fully inward, put your fingers behind it and carefully lift it off the trunion.

There is a motor at each mirror.

You only need to reach in with your fingers to remove the mirror from the trunion which holds it to the motor.
