I like my BFGs. I run them year 'round. Since I haven't tried anything else, I can't compare them.

If your planning on using them alot on the street use the Nittos' They will last much longer than the BFGs'. I had good luck with both but the BFGs' hook more consistant for me.

You will get a lot more mileage out of a set of nitto's than the bfg's. The nittos will hook IF you get them hot. My friend has a 02' Z28 that he pulls 1.60's with his nitto's.

Nitto has a harder compound which makes them better for the street, but the BFG will hook better at the track.

I was all set to test the new Mickey Thompson Drag Radials, but nobody has them in stock.

I did the Dana 44 swap earlier this year with new 3:73's...I'm running Nitto DR's out back full time...315-35-17's...they have been fine so far but I do have to be careful in some of these heavy rains we get down here...my motor is still stock so my 60' times are no better than street tires...more consistant though... good luck

Another Nitto user here, and very pleased with them. They are on full time with great street manners along with some respectable 60 ft times.
I'll be getting another pair when these are done
