Default New exhaust mods and :-))

I finally had enough time off to install my new Dynomax 3 way cat, Borla 2.5 inch rear "Y" pipe and the Spintech mufflers. I got all of it finished last weekend. I already had a MAD 2.5 inch front "Y" pipe installed.
I only have SOTP measurement right now but: Yesterday when I left the gas station, I wound it out in 1st gear then threw a power shift into second. It busted the Kumhos lose big time and the rear of the car started going sideways! I was stunned. Previously they would squeek a little but that was all.
The Spintechs are a little on the loud side and I have a resonance betwen ~1800 to 2500 RPM to deal with, but that is the only down side.
P.S. On a ten mile flat section of road, cruising at 65 MPH the Vette averaged 34.4 MPG! My previous best ever on that section of road was almost 32 MPG.I can also cruise in higher gears at lower RPMs, the new found torque seems to be every where. Talk about having your cake and eating it too. I won't discuss my overall avearge right now, I love the sound and the accelleration that my right foot controls (and it is out of control ).
Time to start the chip tuning sequnce all over again.

The SS 2.5" front Y pipe came from MAD.
The SS 2.5" inlet, dual 2.25" outlet mufflers (PN 3326XL) came from Spintech.
The 3 Way Dynamax cat came from Ecklers (bought the kit and tossed their cheap Y pipe).
The Borla SS 2.5" rear Y pipe came from Corvette Central.
I bought two 90 degree 2.5" SS sections (PN LB-250-25-16-304)from Burns Stainless.
I also bought 4 Borla SS intercooled square muffler tips from Summit that I have not installed yet.
I had a local mufler shop shorten the short leg of the 90 degree bends, shorten the inlet to the mufflers and weld them up so that they fit and hang correctly . I had to use new hangers at the back of the mufflers.
When it is all 100% complete (very soon) I'll post some pics if anyone is interested.

Buying from different vendors spreads the wealth and keeps those catalogs comming.

Yeah i'd like to see the work... I'm trying to decide on an exhaust setup... I was looking at running a true dual exhaust, but that would only be 2 1/4" pipes... 2 1/2" might actually be better. Thanks for the shop list
