What bulb size?
What size bulb is being used in the rear red marker light? My books tell me a 194 for a 1988 but that bulb is twice the size as the one I took out and the bulb's base won't fit into the socket.
The 194 bulb is cigar shaped. The bulb I took out is more barrel shaped and half the height and the base is half the width.
