Default Plugs\wires 94 LT1

Going to do a tune up this weekend- looking for the best plugs and wires to use on a stock LT1?

I was hoping to get some red wires...any good ones?

Plugs:

I like my 8mm Taylors. They are a minor upgrade and cost the same as stockers. They are red too.

Summit racing carries the Taylors.

I also highly recommend Taylors and NGK plugs. Keep a clear distance from the Bosch. A few people here have had good luck with them, but more and more have not.

And the AC Delcos are ok, up until the platnum plug falls off... then your gap goes from .050 to .065 just like that.

NGK platnums... or iridiums.

I went with MSD's Super Conductors @ 8.5mm, BUT I had to work the looms to hold them. I suggest you go with 8mm Taylors, less problem with looms. Plugs, I use the NGK TR55IX (Iridium). Make sure all your loom clips are in good working order. I also used anti-seize on the plugs as they do go into aluminum. Torque them if you can, but do not over tighten them. I bought everything from Thunder Racing, right here on the left column.

I'm using AC Rapidfires. Can't complain about 'em.
