No mini rams have provision for an egr valve.

However, for $500 for the intake and fuel rails it is a steal. Buy it!

You could probably get away with it. It looks so much like an LT1 intake that most inspectors wont know the difference. Also here in texas the best thing to do is find a local mechanic that can do state inspections and become best friends with him. The second thing you can do is go onto www.camaroz28.com and go to the Texas forum. Then post a question where to get inspected in the area. I can almost garantee you there is a guy on there in your area that does inspections for the camaro guys and will do it for you. Just ask around. I got my inspection sticker from a guy and he never even saw the car. I just gave him the info he needed and he gave me a sticker.

I just fabbed up a block off plate from the EGR connection on the headers and ran a rubber vacuum hose from it and shoved it up under the intake. Just tell the guy the EGR valve is buried low under the intake worked for me. Oh yeah, I became best friends with an inspector too.
