Super ram and nitrous
I ran it a 3 more times that day, but it seemed sluggish. Now it feels way crappy.
Now I got a code 34. MAF sensor too low reading.
Basically I blew out the wires in my MAF.
Has anyone else had MAF issues related to nitrous use and/or nitrous backfires?
I am having a new MAF on Monday or Tuesday to install.

My mechanic had my B & M "T" handle shifter loose and tightened it way too tight so now it's no longer a "T" handle, it's half way to an "I" shifter, which will be fixed soon. The only other time I missed third was when I jammed it and actually loosened the T handle off (counter clockwise).

I don't have a window switch, I just use it over 3000 RPM and don't spray it over 6000 RPM (rev limiter set at that)
I understand that I should probably have a window switch and some other stuff too, but just never did get them.
Most reciently when I burned up the racing tranny. See, I never got around to putting a temp gauge in there...or the extra cooler...or fixing that little little leak.
I much like others thought I did not need the window switch. I did have a WOT switch, but no min RPM switch. I went one better and set up a delay timer on the N2O to activate at 1.2 sec after WOT (or maybe ~3/4 throttle). Well, I did my burnout on slicks, not realizing that I had accidently went past the WOT switch and already activated the timer. So when the last amber lit, and I went WOT, ther was no delay, just instantaneous 145 HP out of the hole at 2800 RPM flash. I moved about 10 ft and had the most awful loud explosion. A large flash came from under the hood.
I had to push the car off of the track. I surveyed the damage. One MAF with loose sensor wires (i.e. fried). One accordian with a nice open section nearly the length of the duct. One SuperRam with the front ~12 bolts ripped out of the plenum, allowing the lid to lift and release psi.
Long story short, I upped the bolt size on all of the plenum lid bolts and replaced the damaged duct and MAF, and ....
BOUGHT A WINDOW SWITCH.
I still run the same electronics, though I have not used the N2O in over 4 years. I now have the SC on a MRII, but still use a window switch. Lesson well learned.

Read this mths hot rod mag they tried to put 450 shot on a junk yard motor. But that is like putting 1 gallon of fuel in an engine at idle.
If you are using the factory rev limiter your in trouble it restricts the fuel and thats not good with nitrous.
I choose the 6000 setting.
I always thought that the purge was so that the nitrous will hit 100 % when you want it, gets the air out of the lines. I never thought about that with the wet system, it'll inject the fuel and if the line is not purged = no nitrous until there's too much fuel , and that's probably what happened.
Last time, at the end of my burnout I hit the button to "purge" it for the run.
Again, I never thought about the fuel solenoids pumping fuel, and the nitrous solenoids pumping air that's in the line until the nitrous hits.
