solved it!!

What I did
This worked on my 85. Pull the timer module out and connect the two white wires in the plug with a short jumper wire shoved into the plug. I'd post a picture if I knew how but I'm too old to learn. The jumper restored my interior lights and the hatch switches on the doors. No delay though.
