Try this link to the teck tips. Seems like I used it when I installed the cooler switch on my L98. To long ago to say for certian though.

You want to splice the ground side of the Relay(s) to the switch. Primary should be dark green (terminal F); secondary dark blue (terminal F). Fan(s) will remain under control of the ECM or the switch.

To be absolutely sure look inside the relay and you'll see the "F" terminal.

I don't have a '95 GM Shop manual but my Haynes says that both fan relays are located on the left side of the radiator shroud.

The Primary Fan relay has a Dk Grn/Wht wire comming from terminal F and the Secondary Fan relay has a Dk Blu/Wht wire comming from terminal F.

If you splice the wire from your new fan switch into both of these wires the switch will brind on both fans as will the ECM. So, you may want to just splice the new switch wire into the Primary Fan relay (Dk Blu/Wht wire) so that the new switch only brinds on the Primary Fan. Then the ECM can still control both fans independently.

I'm confused on the wiring you wrote about.

You first identified the PRIMARY Fan Relay as having Dk Grn/Wht wire and the SECONDARY Fan Relay has having Dk Blu/Wht wire coming from terminal F, but down further you identified the PRIMARY Fan Relay wire as being Dk Blu/Wht.

What am I missing here?
