Default 1992 Lt1 Pulling Code 65

I went on a long trip today driving about three hours an hour into the trip service engine soon comes on it came for about 2 minute then off for twenty minutes it did this three times.
I pulled the code 65 rich fuel right o2 sensor the sensor is 3 months old
it says in the book could be Egr staying open I have a new one on 1 year old,it could be the map sensor or the throttle position sensor .and also a leaking injector I dont think I have had any fuel problems.

Any ideas. mfox5@cogeco.ca

Thanks Mike

I think I'd check the injectors first since it's only showing up on one side.

Did you replace the O2 with a OEM sensor? Some of the cheaper ones have caused problems.
