Specific how? If it smells rich, it is likely, that it IS rich. Wasn't the question, "How can i tell if im running rich?"

i have a innovate afr meter to see if im running lean or rich with nos. it is hooked up to a wideband o2 sensor in the ypipe. also i have it hooked up to the msd box so i can log a/f with rpm and into the tps sensor so i know thottle position. it can record up to 44 min right in the box. then i hook it to my desktop and i can view the data logs. it is a very nice tool and only cost around $500. mainly im most concered about wot, but its nice to know your entire rpm range under different loads.
really the only other way to accurately see if your running rich or lean is on a dyno. the reason i say this is that at wot a scanner cant read the blocklearn or intigrator. ay least on my 91 it cant. it may on the newer cars.
