Tranny oil ???
What's the best oil for my ZF 6-speed? Just saw a TV show where synthetic oil was used thru out the drive train and achieved over 8 more HP. Also, what weight of oil do I use and how much do I need to change the oil in my 6-speed. Please send me any info. Thanks, John

Most people either use OEM AC/Delco stuff available from your local dealer, or Castrol TWS 10W60 Motor Oil available only at BMW dealerships. Yes, it is motor oil...but it's actually supposed to be the best.
For absolutely the most comprehensive ZF tranny information on the web (that I've found), check out ZFDoc . He's in Arizona, but builds trannys for people worldwide. Also is a CF member FYI.
