Default Finally on the road...

<<Sorry, I should have put this in General...wasn't paying attention>>

Dear Forum-

After a couple of weeks of just cleaning and going through it...

I finally got my newly aquired C4 on the road Friday!

Took a trip back to Blacksburg, 58W to 220, to 581 to 81.

Drove great.

Then I took a trip from Blacksburg to Charlotte on Saturday, 81 to 77.
(saw a couple of C4's on the way along 77...and a two nice C5's closer to Charlotte) My friend works for Hawk Sports Management so he showed me around Mooresville and I got to see (drive by) DEI and Joe Gibb's Racing.

Drove even better.

Drove it home that night taking 85 to 29 and back to Danville.

Best drive yet and I ended up with 27 mpg. Which is absolutely terrific considering my Scout only gets around 9 mpg, haha.

Washed and waxed it this morning and I've only found one problem so far...a blown corner lamp on the right rear.

I'm very pleased with the car thus far and I just wanted to let yall know how great it was to deal with Jeff Gunn (Jeff's Classics on the CF's).

Yall have a great week and thanks for all the help so far.
