Default c-4 computer programer or chip which is worth it

i was thinking of purchasing a computer programer for a c-4 can anyone give me some advise on its uses over buying a chip. best prices thanks

Either ski down it or learn to program(burn ) your self.Thirdgen.org has

www.fasterproms.com for a custom chip. They take your specs and burn you the first chip. You can borrow their datalogging stuff and send them feedback and they will send you another that is finer tuned to your car.
