Default Using Snap-on Scan Tool Help???

Hello Guys I Think I Found The Problem With My Idle .. Well I Take A Look At The Throttle Body And I Noticed That The Idle Set Screw Is Backed Out All The Way , Its Not Even In Contact With The Arm (i Bought The Car Used) , While Using The Snapon Scan Too I Was Getting
1. 22 Degrees Of Timing At Idle
2. 65 Or So Of Iac

Is This Timing Figure Correct , I Did Not Use A Timing Light , Just The Scan Tool

What Do I Do To Fix The Problem ???

Without a timing light you'll never know if it is right or not. The previous owner could have adjusting the base timing. As far as the ECM is concerned it is at 22*, but it really could be something on either side of that.

to set the timing on an L98, somewhere near the brake booster is a brown wire with a connector. It must be disconnected prior to starting.

Then use a timing light accordingly.
