If you have TPI, I would assume you do have an IAC.
Why replace it unless it is bad? I would get gaskets for the TB and the IAC housing. Take the TB off and take the IAC housing off. Clean them all off with brake cleaner. Reinstall. If you have a scantool, goi to the Idle Air Counts screen and adjust the torx screw that does the throttle blades till you have about 10 - 20 counts. After that, set the TPS
