I used to have them in my '90, since they were in from previous owner.....after reading too many archives I ripped them out. Do a search.

I use Bosch Platinums (standard) in my DD and like them, but I'm leery of the four-electrode models. I'm scared one or more of them ****'s will break off into my engine and cause damage.

Bosch are crap! Had a set new out of the box with internal resistance problems...gave me a lumpy idle and took me several months to find. Put in some Delco Rapidfires and smooth as glass. No Bosch for me thankyou!

I used them for a few years in my previous LT1 Vette, Northstar Caddy, and ex-gf's Cavalier... Never had a problem with any of them...

They were in the longest in my Northstar Caddy... 20K miles and no problems...

I'm using the +2s (about $2/ea cheaper) in my new Caddy and they're fine also...

I had'em for a couple of months with no problems but after learning in here that they have many problems, I went ahead and put in some AC Delco rapiid fire #5's and cut'em back while I was at it. No big change, but now I have peace of mind.

Default Bosch Plugs Suck!!!!!

I tried them once in my C3 with a 383 I had nothing but problems. Put in AC ran like a champ. I change my plugs every spring and use only Ac non platinum in my 87.

This is my first corvette. The Bosch platinum +4 's are in her.
They work absolutely fine. Smooth idles. quick start, improved gas mileage.
I have used Bosch Platinum+4's in all 9 vehicles my wife and I have owned since '88 . I would not put anyother plug in my car!
