engine decision, engine decisions
Thinking about replacing L98: (needs major repair)
Found a 383 Chevy Stroker 350hp tpi engine (direct replacement turn key ($5400) at Engine Factory.Com
Have alot of you vette folks purchase engines from these guys? Website advertisement sounds good. How is their customer service?
Other option is gm ZZ4, which I've read alot of people on this forum use. ($3700 estm). But I believe there other parts you must purchase with this engine to replace my L98 which would add to price.
If any one did either engine swap, know or did business with engine factory. Your info is apprieciated. Thanks Regg

I have never heard of "Engine factory.com". but you should shop around a bit. Try http://www.golenengineservice.com/
I always see their ads in CHP magazine.
