As I recall someone put the specs for the capacitor on the forum within the last 6 or 7 months. I saw one advertised somewhere for a whopper of a price. If no one chimes in on this I will measure mine and find you a replacement for only a buck or two I would guess. It is just a simple capacitor and the application is nothing special or secret, it is just a RIP OFF to pay more for one.

Are you saying your tach not working, My 90 won't work i need help to i don't no what a filter for one is ?
It is a capacitor that filters out electronic noise such as high frequency spikes, etc. If your tach does not work it probably isn't the filter but could be if the filter is shorted internally. Bad filters should only cause the tach to float around and not track rpm well because it is trying to also follow random noise.

I broke a wire off of mine this spring, during one of my three intake manifold R&Rs. I hooked the wire up direct, without the filter and the tach works as well, or better, without the filter.
think i need one as well, tach worked fine till i put in a hight output coil and ignition module. now when i get on it works fine till 3800-4000 then it goes nuts and jumps all over
