I think he is just a busy man, I am inquiring about a tune I'll need in a couple weeks, and he gets back to me, just not very fast. Give him time, I'm sure he'll come through.

I emailed a little over a month ago. I honestly think it's computer problems again. I think he knows that you don't grow a business by ignoring customers.

Thanks, but I knew about that. The only problem is there's no contact info provided, except the address. There's not a chance i would send off my chip without talking to him first. He did my tune last year, but I've made changes that require updating my chip. I'm not going to send it off blindly without knowing how soon he can (or can't) get to it.

I answer all the emails I get ASAP so if you do not hear back from me, then I must not have got them...
PLease either resend them and I will be happy to answer any that come in. Sometimes it might take a day or so, depending on how many I get, but I usually make it a point to get through them all.
