I have 1.6 Comp Cams Pro Magnums in my 91 and have been very happy with them.

Your '91 has self aligning stamped rockers with non functional and non hardened guide plates and non hardened pushrods.

Since you need to pull the rocker arm studs to remove those guide plates anyway I suggest you go with:
-1.6:1 non self aligning ProMagnums for 7/16" studs
-ARP 7/16" studs
-hardened guide plates
-hardened push rods

The overall cost should be about the same as going with self aligning RRs and about the same amount of work, or less.

You can get the ARP studs from Summit and the rest of the components from Summit or Comp Cams directly.

Don't foreget to use a little light assembly lube on the ends of the push rods and on the valve tips to aid break in.
