89 Vette vibration
I intend to buy a 89 Vette here in Spain and want to thank you all the help that you have done. Now I know some important things to check it well before paying!
However, I still have a doubt about the vivration of the car. The last owner told me that, at high speed, the car vibrated a lot. Then replaced some parts and vibration was greatly decreased... but still existed. The guy visited the Vette factory again, but a mechanical told him that, for a car of this power, it is normal a minimum vibration.
Must I believe him?
Thank you all again! Naturally, I will be very grateful for any other advice to check well the car before buying it!

What's the nature of the vibration? Is it constant throughout the speed range? What about the RPM range?
If it exists within a narrow or broader RPM range, say between 2000 and 3000 rpm for example, it may be driveline related. If it exists at all speeds or in a broad speed range, say from 60 mph up for example, it may be wheel and suspension related.
When I bought my 88 a few years ago, the vibration occurred between 50 and 65 mph, regardless of engine rpm. Turned out to be old tires and old shocks,
