Default new shocks ride high

Just put new gas shocks on rear of my 92 coupe and it stands up a LOT higher. Do they eventaually settle down? I checked the length against the old Delco's and they are the same. It is not adjustable shocks or ride controlled car. If the front does this it will look like a jacked-up 4 wheeler.
Thanks

Default you gots to drive it around

I had the same question when I put on my shocks. Once you drive the car around, the ride height will return to normal.

cheers,

Howdo

You'll need to drive on them. You should be back to where you had it shortly.
