Default Removing Catalytic Converter, how?

I have been trying to change the 02 sensor on the passenger side of my 92 LT1. I believe it is seized as I can not get it to come lose but it is not exactly easy to get to either and be able to apply any torque to it. So does anybody know the trick? Also, I thought i would just take off the coverter since it prob needs to be replaced anyways. I broke two bolts which isnt too big of a deal since I can just drill those out but I can not even get to the third bolt which is closest to the passenger door. Any tips or tricks that someone knows? Thanks

Patience and penetrating oil. Soak it and leave it for a while. It may still break. Sometimes tapping while holding pressure on the bolt works. Exhaust system fasteners are always the worst about breaking. When I worked full time in a muffler shop, the torch was always full and drill bits, taps, dies and easy-outs were always close at hand.
