Also the air pump on the drivers side needs to be removed. To simplify the next removal reverse the clips and the 7mm screws so you can reach them in the bumper opening. Craig
On my 96 there are at least 3 or 4 of them that you can get to with a small ratchet, swivel and long extension combos(about 3 to a 12) from the top if you go at them directly from the side. The last few are a pain, I have some luck using a ratcheted open end. Those last few can be dealt with from the bottom easier if you go the route to reverse them and pull the plastic debri guards to the side alittle. I generally do not remove any other parts (such as the air pump).
