SUCCESS!!!!!!

The NAPA part number is 060680. The lenght is 68.5 inches.

I wrapped over the tensioner with the ribbed side down. Works GREAT!

I am now searching for a 3" diameter ribbed pulley to replace the flat one with.

The passenger side looks so much better without all that cr@p on there.

I now need to plug the A/C fittings. They are NPT right?

SUCCESS for me too!

I have March underdrive pulleys, which required a different belt from the stock 90' and 91' belt.

I measured 66"-67" using an old belt, which I cut. I bought a Dayco Poly Cog 5060675. It works fine using the reroute trick. I think that I will retain the stock flat tensioner pulley for now and monitor the ribs for wear.

Thanks everybody for the help.

I picked up 20 RWHP from the mod...oops forgot I am not a vendor...just kidding.

Do You have any pics of the routing of the belt?

you're responding to a post that has had no activity in over 15 years. I strongly suggest varying your wording as you search google, there are numerous posts here dealing with ac delete
