91 vette egr??
i had a couple of questions on egr removel. i want to remove the tube going from the manifold to the tpis header. when i remove the tube do i have to remove the egr valve under the plenum and the egr solenoid? or can i leave it on.

There are different ways to do this. I have heard of some ways if you leave certain parts on you wont throw a code.
I just said to heck with that and pulled everything off that delt with EGR/AIR emissions and had a custom chip tuned to take it all out. I put block off plates over the proper places too. Of course this was for my LT-1 but it really should be the same operation for you too.

well what i really want to know is for now i just want to cap off the egr tube. i want to leave the egr valve on for now until i change the manifold. can i leave egr hooked up and have my chip redone to delete the egr?????
