Took me about 20 minutes for the first time I've tried it, it takes me about 7~8 minutes nowadays. After all the screws are removed (don't forget the two on top near the windshield defoggers), slightly and carefully bent downward the left side and the right side. Lift out and up to remove. The fronts are attached via clips that slides in and out. Don't forget to remove the speaker cables before completely removing the dash if you have none Bose stereo like I do. Good luck.

In addition to the defroster and the ones you remove on the leading edge, there is a screw, at least on mine, that can only be reached by removing the fuse holder bezel. Once it's removed you can see the one screw next to the breadbox. It pretty much just slides straight out.
