Rear trailing arm tip
I forgot to mention this when I posted recently re/ installing poly bushings in my trailing arms. After you get everything bolted back together but before reinstalling the rear wheels, put a couple of jack stands supporting the rear suspension and with the car level. Loosen the brackets at the front of the arms, three bolts each, 18mm heads, and let them center themselves. You'll be surprised how much adjustment there is in these brackets. Loosening and retightening them will allow the arms to move more freely and so should give optimum life to the bushings as well as minimizing any restriction to suspension travel.
