Default Rear spring perch question

I've been adding Energy Suspension poly bushing to the rear of my car and they don't don't offer the perch cushions in poly. I haven't checked with any other company to see if it's available but I was wondering if it was because it might be a bad idea due to the fiberglass construction of the spring and if that's why they don't sell it. I have polys on the spring ends and trailing arms so far and on the D44 batwing that will soon be going in. Sway bar and control arm bushings are still on order.

You'll have to give me a ride when you're done. I'm thinking of this myself. BTW, there might be an auto cross in Spartanburg this Dec.

They are in the center of the spring, above and below it where it bolts to the rear of the batwing. And Tom, I'll keep that auto-X in mind. I'll take you a ride when I get the new heads on, too. By the time we hit 3rd gear you may see God or Elvis!

When I did the poly stuff on my 90 there were no rubber pieces back there. Only the metal brackets and metal spacers.

Maybe I am not remembering things right but the spring to diff mounting has no rubber parts.

There are rubber cushions on at least my 84. I have never seen any poly parts like these either. I am not sure that poly would gain anything here though.

There were on the '85 I took my D44 out of too. You're probably right, I think I'll just replace the rubber if it doesn't look 100% when I pull the 36 out of my '95 to install the 44.
