Default C4 Grease/Zerk Fitting Count?
Dear Forum-

Just wanted to get a quick count of all the zerk fittings I should look for on my 96 before I crawl under with the gun.

I believe that there are only 4... one at each of the ball joints on the front suspension.

Also take a look at your universal joints! They are lubricatable on my 88

I believe some of the later C4s have non-greaseable tie rods. If you order a replacement from GM these days you get a non-greaseable one.

I'm just so used to my old Scout where nearly everything had a grease fitting..and now with newer cars, it seem everything is sealed.
