Performance Shops in Houston

MTI and IRS (internet racer supply) seem to be where everyone goes. It really depends on what you want to do/how much you want to spend.
BTW it looks like I'll be doing some serious mods in the next few months, heads & cam, as well as all the little stuff to keep up. Of course, I have a lot of other contacts so I probably won't go throught either of the shops I mentioned (don't have the budget). The only reason I get to do this now is that my roomate got a great deal on a set of LT4 heads so I can keep my stockers.

You might want to check to see if MTI will work on LT1's any more. I think they are turning them away at this point.
IRS is a good shop. I have known Dennis for years.
Lastly, do not forget Speed Demon Motorsports and Hot Rod's Motorsports. We are currently in the speed parts business and work together with Hot Rod's to do installs.
Once I find an awesome mechanic, I will be opening up the shop side of the game, but for now, I will just have to settle for selling the best of the best parts!!!
