changing fuel reg??

i bought a holley fuel reg and is there an easy way to change this i mean can i just take off one runner the drivers side and the plenum??

You don't need to pull the runners. Just the plenum.

when i put my my first reg on i did take it apart but the plenum is tight when i try to slip it in. i will have to loosen the runners from the manifold???

If you've had the plenum off once, it will be much easier this time and to put back too.

To simplify plenum installation, set it in and hand start a few bolts on one side. Then lean on it till you can hand start some bolts on the other side. The trick is to get all bolts to turn easily by hand till maybe half way in, then there is no danger of cross threading.
