Default Weird Brake Problem

Sometimes when I apply the brakes the peddle clicks down a very small distance. This happens randomly. It feels mechanical and I can hear the click under the dash. It does not effect the braking. I can't get it to happen while sitting at a stop. It Only happens while the car is moving foward. Has anybody else had this happen to them? I've searched the forum and have not found anything similar.

I would look under the dash. Check your brake rod into the master cylinder. Have you changed out your master cylinder recently? Sounds like a misaligned or loosening rod. Check your brake booster bolts also and of course your master cylinder for tightness. Sounds mechanical

I did replace the master cylinder about 6 month ago. I never made any adjustments to the rod coming out of the brake booster. Is there a specific method to follow to adjust and or check the rod for correct positioning ?
