I have a 1991 ZR-1. This morning at 4:00 AM the factory alarm went off. I went out and unlocked the door to disarm the alarm. I suspect no one messed with the car. There was no animal or human prints in the morning due. It is as if it went off for no reason.
Later, around 7:00 AM I noticed that the interior light was on. I checked the doors, hatch, and interior light switch and could not get them th turn off. I manipulated the switches on both doors with no results. I also manipulated the hatch back switch.
I finally disconnected the battery and went to work.
The only thing that has happened recently is the we got some heavy rain the last few days. The car was uncovered on the driveway. I wonder if water could have got into something and caused a short.

My '92 sometimes does the same thing after it rains. Try adjusting the door switches by prying the pins out slightly and make sure the door locks are verticle. See this thread in the same forum:
