I finaly got the flow sheet for my More performance LT4 AFR 195s and was a little disapointed but over all they are close to what I thought they should be. The heads have Ferrera 2.050 Intake and 1.600 exhaust valves and where CNCed by More. I thought they would be up 6-8 across the board but it I only got a 3-4 cfm increase over the AFR comp port claimed flow #s. I still think the 195s will provide some great low end TQ and I should make close to the 425 RWHP I was hoping for when i started this whole thing. I should be able to drop the motor in after I get back from vaction in a week and then it is off to get dyno tuned and we will see.

Does the cost justify the performance increase? I know the comp heads are expensive but I know many that have tried to buy the street heads and do their own porting but still doesn't exceed AFR comp heads flow numbers out of the box.
Corvette00096 recently posted his out of the box comp heads from AFR and the numbers were way better than what they advertised.

Check Corvette00096 #'s, His heads were additionally ported by a third party. I can't remember the name, but it was the same place that I had my 195's ported.

They where the same price so yes in my case. I have seen to many problems with buying AFR heads fully assembled from AFR. They have great castings but I wanted someone else doing the final assembly other then AFR.
