Fuel gauge question
88 coupe. Is the sending unit part of the fuel pump or seperate. Gauge sticks on full at times.

Indeed the level sensor is part of the pump assembly.

The sensor is part of the pump assembly; pull the assembly and clean the sensor slide wire and the three contacts just under the assembly mounting flange.
